Beauty Killer Official Album Cover (Maybe ?)

This cover is rumoured to be the official beauty killer album cover but the question i ask that if jeffree himself said that he would have a new photo shoot for the album why is this one the cover when it is on the inside booklet of the "Cupcakes Taste Like Violence EP"
